please add these features to private internet access

I was wondering if you can add these features for the next update for private internet access.

1.  Auto IP Changer - Set the interval in minutes, for example if you type in 5, your IP will be changed to a random server every 5 minutes.

2.  Users Online -  For example click to see if there are other users connected to the server of your choice.  If there are 0 users, you will have all the speed of the server for yourself.

    the IP change thing would mean a disconnect from the gateway then a reconnect, wouldn't it? so you would be disconnecting then reconnecting every n minutes?
    I have seen people wanting this, I don't really see the benefit. Why not just leave it manually for the user? I don't see how it would enhance the user experience or anonymity.

    @Irryie: It would be possible without disconnecting on multi-hop VPN connections, but other than that, you are correct.
    Could also be easily done by the user themselves if the PIA client offered a scripting interface.

    2. A PIA representative, who no longer works with them, once said that at any time each server can be considered to have about 100 users logged in, due to load balancing and user connecting to different servers based on latency and the high number of PIA subscribers.
