This. There is a lot going on here and we need more information to be able to tell you what might be going on and if a VPN will help.

It is very easy to choke off a connection that is only getting 1Mbit up, you might be getting even less if the servers you are connecting to are distant or TWC has poor peering to them.

Are you paying for the TWC's lowest tier? They do a lot more goofy crap with the network on that tier and it might be your best move to simply upgrade to the next tier up..

I tried Reddit. Most of the comments never show up due to those stupid moderators censoring anything about pia. However Mr zimmers comments never fail to show up on Reddit. Seems like Mr Zimmer is paying the r vpn moderator lugh.

I did try posting on Reddit. The post never showed up. They use some sort of bot to auto moderate comments. Nothing even remotely mentioning pia ever shows up. It's not uncommon for a Reddit r vpn thread to have 15 comments listed howver only 5 might show up due to the censorship.
