We have learned that Comcast is having a significant outage on the west coast of the US. We peer with Comcast directly in Phoenix and Seattle. We have managed the issue and users should only see slight increases in ping until Comcast is fully restored. For now, our other carriers are picking up the Comcast slack.

Users that do not use Comcast internet services should see no change in performance..

pia themselves have stated that they will not disclose how the run their system due to fear of enemies attempting to copy their methods.

I have attempted to get mr zimmer to explain what exactly makes his service premium. I have used multiple phony email addresses and multiple phony aliases to email vikingvpn directly. when mr zimmer replies he never will explain what is premium about his service and he wont explain what that $120 per year gets customers.

Perhaps a change of tactics is in order? Perhaps rather than being an asshole to an asshole, you should simply ask as if you were a potential fool customer.

An equally good option is to disregard that service entirely. In fact, that is the only option for you with long term potential.
