Mac OS X improvements
Considering the UI, the menu bar icon(s) need to be improved (i.e. inverted) for the new OS X dark mode for visual feedback for the connection state.
Mos importantly, "profiles" for settings should be inaugurated to allow setting changes to be conducted in a single click. This is to make changing between frequently used VPN settings more efficient. For instance you may connect to the PIA host in Germany to talk to your relatives over a AES-128 bit encryption every once in a week (a profile) but connect to the PIA host in US EAST over a AES-256 bit encryption the other times to browse the web (another profile). Now you can instantly switch between config.
Also, another helpful improvement would be to have a connect button in the "Settings" dialog
