Not getting internet while connected to UK proxy. Any advice?
I use private internet access at my office. As a consulting company, we need to use UK proxy for accessing some of our clients website and resources. The issue came after we changed our internet service provider. We called our ISP ABC Communications and they told me that it is not their issue. However, some of our employees are able to connect to the UK proxy from their system. What is wrong with other systems? Do I need to contact the ISP again?

Thank you for contacting us on this, I'd have to suspect that either there's an issue with the TAP driver you're using with our installation, OR there's a DNS resolution failure. If you type in this IP 24.137.105.113 within your browser instead of using a hostname and hit enter, does google load? If so, we can assign DNS to resolve this, you'd simply email [email protected] saying you need to assign DNS, but if not, then we'd need to try uninstalling the TAP driver you're connecting with and reinstalling it. First, please disconnect and shut down our application, then open your device Manager from the control panel. Look for TAP win32 v9 and uninstall that, deleting the driver as you do so. Then download this http://swupdate.openvpn.org/community/releases/tap-windows-9.9.2_3.exe and run that with a right-click Run As Admin and choose the Adapter option when it asks what you want to install. If it gets through without error, relaunch our app with a right-click Run As Admin and see if there's any change. If this doesn't help, please email [email protected] to get a ticket started. Thank you for being our customer!
