PIA installer .47 released. windows 10 compatible? Yes I think so!

Well done to PIA.

Installer .47 for windows on the support page. Installed in a wink on Windows 10 64bit and appears to load a lot quicker and just work. Hoping it also works when sleeping the pc and waking up. .46 didnt like that and occiasionally I had to manually stop connection then make the connection start again. sometimes the only way to make it work was to reinstall again. 

Was getting a bit tedious but hoping .47 optimised for all Windows now. (not so after testing) 

Apologies!  Still problems on Windows 10. If go into sleep or hibernate mode then power pc back up PIA does not establish any connection. Just stays green and shows previous connection IP address. 

Is there no options if you want kill switch than to have to put up with PIA vpn manager?

Thanks for posting this.

We are aware of this issue and it is being worked on. We wanted to get v47 up as quick as possible to alleviate the issues with v.46 on Windows 10. We hope to have the wake up from hibernate or sleep resolved shortly. Please bare with us while we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Thanks for acknowledgement of the issue Sean. 

.47 does seem more stable when loaded and running on Windows 10 and the features do stack up. 

Look forward to the resolution.

I am running a Windows 10 app with  that requires an internet connection in hibernate mode; however, when I power up the app fails with "No Internet Connection" message. I have made the recommended and "Device Manager." and   "Network adapters"  "Properties"mod with no success; i.e; deselected the check mark beside "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." Has the wake up issue  from hibernate in Windows 10 been resolved?
