Support Ticket submission form
This is very difficult to use, especially if one has impaired vision, as the input text forms have no borders, and no means of identifying where they are. Trial and error is how I managed to fill in a ticket, and even then, I had ti click the Captcha button having entered no data, as I couldn't find the input box for that. Once I had sent in null data, there is an outline around the input box.
Please sort this out.
