We don't provide port forwarding regions in the US because any open port is inherently less secured than a closed port. While we've never seen a customer compromised as a result, we feel it would be more secure to keep Port Forwarding regions as outside the US. Maybe in the future this will change, but for now I'm afraid you'll have to make use of the regions with port forwarding we currently supply.
