Not sure if this is allowed though it is the feedback section so I guess it is? 

Anyway I had a pretty big issue with PIA not working (first problem in months of use). I decided to give up knowing I had met my match and finally contacted support looking for help. The first guy I spoke to couldn't fix the issue (no fault to him) so he bumped me to Will B. 

He eventually helped me to get PIA working once more (it took a while..). I told him I was thankful in chat for his help but when I closed the support window I wasn't prompted with a window to rate his help. Normally I don't bother filling out surveys however I'd just like to make sure he gets some recognition if it's allowed.

Will B also helped me with an ipv6 leak issue. Ipv6 leak protection wasn't working on my pia client on my windows 7 machine. I tried his suggestions and ipv6 leak protection is now working. Not sure exactly what the problem was but with Will's help it is fixed.
