OpenVPN over SSL?

With ISPs beginning the throttle OpenVPN traffic around the globe, are PIA planning on introducing an OpenVPN over SSL service to counteract these throttling tactics?

A friend in Canada was getting badly throttled and his move to AirVPN, which provides this service, resulted in his VPN speeds increasing markedly.

    Try changing your protocol and ports so OpenVPN traffic appears to be SSL, e.g. TCP port 80, port 443.

    I switched to using tcp, it means a slower connection time, but seems to bypass the obvious throttling of OpenVPN by my ISP.
