Server country suggestions with rational and data centers

The first country  I would recommend for a VPN server in would be Taiwan, Taiwan's lack of diplomatic recognition,Mutual Legal Assistance treaties and extradition treaties make it a idea location for a VPN, http://www.cogini.com/dedicated-server-taiwan.html seems like a decent host for this.

Secondly I would recommend Costa Rica because of it's permissive legal environment for most Internet related activities  and it also does not participate in MLTA treaties, http://www.crservers.com/ is an ideal host 

 I also would recommend Iceland due to it's privacy focused government and mindset, as well as it's lack of MLTA participation. 
Finally I suggest Moldova due to it's Lack of MTLA treaties, Permissive legal environment and fast internet connections. https://en.alexhost.md looks like a good host for this.
