I stick with PIA VPN because

PIA vpn has flip flopped their fixes many times and their desktop app has ruby issues that interfere with firewalls and AV softwares and uploads a ton of data at times. Yet, I stick with PIA VPN because

  • The little cute green guy (i think this is why, are you CIA trying some mind control? ;p)
  • Consecutive addition of new server locations - I hope they will add Dubai one day.
  • The price is cool
  • for the price you get to use upto 5 devices
  • Torrent on all locations without having to disconnect many times
  • Apps available for Android as well
  • Kill Switch in their apps that actually works
  • Forum which has lax policy reflecting their service intentions of providing privacy. There are trackers and it bothers.

Well, I think many vpn services are run by college kids to pay of their tuition and people without much knowledge solely for profit motives because how did they never find out the port forwarding bug? Perfect Privacy said it was right under their noses all the time. PIA VPN sponsored many hackathons as well yet no one found it. I am pretty sure these college kids will snitch you out if they really got a very serious note from the U.S government, PIA has a lawyer and the money so PIA is better positioned.
