Wow , that thread went fast , I guess this one will as well if Rob gets in quick , can images be restricted or reviewed before posting , it really isn't a feature many ppl use , a few forums I go to don't allow image uploads , something to think about maybe ?

    They are third party sites, nothing is being uploaded.

    I'm sure they could, but it's a useful feature for people that actually need it.

    I agree completely , I don't mean permanently , just till this current situation is under control in some way , images here atm are sickening .

    Yeah previewing an image, whether hosted or hotlinked only takes a fraction of a second. I'm sure the text part can be posted first, so the intended recipient knows the post is just awaiting moderation. But like any seemingly simple solution it's probably more difficult to implement.

    He has been here longer than all but a few others. I do not think that restricting things "till this current situation is under control" is going to work. You can install Requestpolicy and block any site he tries to link shit in with. But I doubt even that will work forever. You cannot be safe from this shit. You just have to do your best to disregard it since trolls live on attention and the more attention you pay to him, the more you are rewarding his tactics.
