Reorder Windows Tray Menu for Usability

The two most common items users select in the systray menu on Windows would likely be 'Connect' and 'Disconnect'.  If you collect any telemetry on usage I'm sure you'd find this is the case.  Yet, the 'Connect' button is all the way at the top - the most awkward place to get your mouse to click. 

Would love it if all the stuff that is currently at the top of the list were at the bottom of the list since that is the stuff that I use the most, and all the countries were above the main menu stuff.

    +1. I've been meaning to make a post about this. I'd like to add that it would be much better IMO if the connect options were in their own submenu entirely, or maybe a submenu for each continent/region.
