A rational proposal for banning UBob and his sock puppets
Herein I raise an argument to justify banning UBob ("Robert Lazar") and all his newly created sock puppet accounts, and any he creates from here forward. Under present practices PIA forum mods generally wait to ban an account until after the account has received 3 warnings for violating the TOS. However, under such a system UBob can continue vandalizing these forums indefinitely by simply creating new sock puppets and continuing on as though nothing happened. He in fact has boasted that he can easily evade being banned, and has been very defiant toward the mods and any members who challenge him.
Furthermore, when one of his sock puppets is banned he uses it as a pretext for starting a new thread, under a new sock puppet, and playing the victim all over again, claiming that his "right of free speech" has been violated yet once again. This sets up and endless cycle that will never be broken under present practices.
At least one of the mods believes UBob will tire of it, but those of us who know UBob know that not only does he never tire of his anarchy, he's actually energized by it and thrives on the attention. Nothing could better evidence this than just a quick glance at Off-topic Discussions. He has created every single thread on the first page (with the exception of this one) and most of the threads on the second page. Most of UBob's threads are just repetitions of previous threads he's created, with only slight rewordings. This isn't about freedom of speech, it's just harassment and vandalism. For that reason I believe a new policy needs to be established and enforced.
I propose the mods ban UBob sock puppets under a new procedure in which if any of his comments are flagged by 3 or more members that account gets banned. Those who flag UBob should include a comment like, "This is another UBob sock puppet. Please ban."
Those of us who have used these forums for some months now can instantly spot a UBob sock puppet, based on his M.O., his grammar, spelling and punctuation, his words and phrases, his repetitiveness, and the form of arguments he raises. Furthermore, the certainty of an account being a UBob sock puppet is reinforced by the creation date of the account (always a brand new account) and the low post count. So far we've been 100% accurate in calling UBob out, so there would be little likelihood of a legitimate member being wrongly banned.

It's simple to enforce ban evasion UBob. The mods don't need to prove that you've created multiple sock puppet accounts by confirming your real/ISP address. All they need is some common sense, which they already possess. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can plainly see that Valkyrie749, Bob5 and bob6 are all the same person -- you.
I and other members can flag Valkyrie749 and Bob5 and Bob6 and all your sock puppets for being sock puppets that you create everyday to evade being banned. This then serves as confirmation to the mods something they already know, and it gives them all the justification they need to ban each and every sock puppet you create.
You've already confirmed multiple times in multiple ways, including right here in this thread, that you do create sock puppet accounts to defy the mods. Worse yet you're lending encouragement to others in how they too can sabotage this forum. You stated multiple times that you have at least 500 fake email accounts. Who does that? Only an anarchist and vandal.
There's no need for a mod to wait on you to actually commit an act of vandalism. They can use their best judgment to proactively prevent your acts of further vandalism by banning your sock puppet accounts preemptively.
Though you're no longer posting gay porn and other filthy images (because you can't get away with it anymore) nevertheless you are still vandalizing this forum, particularly Off-topic Discussion. You do so by creating new sock puppets that parrot the same themes, over and over again, all related to your alleged "fight for free speech." You treat Off-topic Discussion as though it were named "UBob Discussions." But this forum is not your property and you're not entitled deface it with argumentum ad nauseam. In your anarchistic world your methods qualify as "fighting for freedom" but to civilized people your methods are nothing but vandalism and harassment.
We all took a vote and you were outvoted. The mods are now enforcing the vote. But that's not good enough for you. So you create sock puppets in an attempt to lend the allusion there are many other forum members who share your sentiments. But we all know it's a sham.
You comprise one person and one vote. Your creating multiple sock puppets is akin to voter fraud, i.e. stuffing the ballot box. In an actual election, whether local or national, voter fraud is a crime and a very serious one. Being convicted of voter fraud often results in the permanent loss of your voting rights. This is precisely what I and many others on these forums would like to see -- the permanent loss of your "right" to subject us to your acts of vandalism.

We have lost many very good and knowledgeable members over the years, and I believe that UBob is the cause. That is an opinion. So put no stock in that. If UBob were not here, we would probably still have @VPN and @rainmakerraw and a number of others. The community lost a great deal of knowledge when they left.
So I fully support this proposal. And I will do all I can to see it prosper. The moderators have a enemy that plays by no rules whatsoever. So they fight for us from a disadvantaged position. We can and should help them shoulder their burden. What say you? Will you join us?

That is exactly what this is. Instead of arguing with him, we simply remove him from the fight.
