Where can I get older version? Two years old pia worked well.

Why can't I simply use an older version?

I don't have time to go through system checks, trying establishing VPN, getting BSOD again, making photo, submitting error messages and so on.

I pay you guys for VPN access.

Nobody pays me for doing QA on your application.
