Not connected No process running

Hi, I couldn't find this issue via a search so maybe it is unique. PIA tries to connect on my Amazon Fire HD 6 but cannot do so and the notification is the same as title above. It worked for a long time and then after the recent update by Amazon, it failed for a while before working again. Last night I turned WiFi off and haven't been able to get PIA to work since. On direct WiFI connection to the router works to access the 'Net. PIA won't get in though.

Any suggestions?

  • So I'm the only one this happens to? It happens almost instantly on trying to connect through the Amazon store app. No suggestions?.

  • Hello! Unfortunately, we do not directly support the Amazon Fire device. This does not mean connecting is impossible, we are not able to assist. You may want to try a complete uninstall, reboot the devices, then reinstall fresh copies of the APK. You can also look into our Reddit Page or use a search engine like Google to see if anyone has successfully set up our service this way.
