Zoomtak T5 (M201): "Waiting for server..." + Unable to close app
I have the PrivateInternetAccess app running A-0K on my two other Android devices (Samsung N7000 and P600).
Somebody just gave me a "ZoomTak T5 Quad Core" - which is a little black box running Android whose mission in life seems to be to access various media feeds.
It's Android "About" settings call it's make | model "MBX | m201".... but the Manual says ZoomTak T5.
Android 4.4.2.
I would like to have PrivateInternetAccess running on this box, but cannot get past "Waiting for server reply".
Also, when I try to back out of that screen to get to Settings (maybe to diddle a port or transmission protocol or something....) I cannot get out of it. Hitting Android's Home button does not work either.... seems like something's locked up.
Anybody else been here with a ZoomTak T5 ?

I think I have a solution.
For anybody else who goes here, I managed to get to the setup dialog and changed the protocol from UDB to TCP and it connected immediately.... and the appearance of being "Hung" seems to gone into remission.
Case....Closed.
