Very shrewd move hiring Rick Falkvinge. I have a great deal of respect for Mr. Falkvinge and look forward to seeing evidence of his contributions to the company policies of PIA. Please explain the duties and scope of powers that the "Head of Privacy" has.

I'm also glad to see PIA making such prudent donations. Of course since it's going to 501c3 organizations it's all tax deductible, so for a company as profitable as PIA it winds up costing PIA nothing anyway. But much better to see it go to such worthy causes rather than the US Treasury.

@sn0wmonster, I did not. Unfortunately the majority of questions I've directed to PIA have been ignored, I would say well over 70%. There's been a pattern to it, not one that can just be chalked up to mere negligence. Certain customers, such as myself (and several others in this thread), are ignored while the fanboys get prompt attention. Those questions and concerns of mine that have been answered were often very scripted and less than candid. Adding insult to injury, about half of all my questions and concerns posted in these forums have been reflexively shouted down by PIA fanboys. These are cultural issues that really need to change. PIA has lost many customers because of it, including 3 of the posters in this very thread (myself not included in that number).

@tomeworm ; The further in the past I read (forums) the more I am becoming aware. It will take some time to catch up to the extent of your experiences. I do not stand for building on broken foundations, and little questions like the one asked here deserve attention. I'm sorry it didn't get the attention it deserved previously. I'll look into it now.
