Recommended Settings?

Hi,

Just wanted to know what the best settings for torrenting would be (settings on uTorrent and PIA). Suggestions? 

Also, would using the VPN and proxy be even better? or cause lapses in protection?

When enable PIA my pc will connect to the net, but won't let surf because it takes so long the web pages times out!

sounds like you may be having DNS issues.  Check your ethernet and TAP adapters and make sure DNS is set to automatic.  That will allow the PIA software to "do its thing".
