openVPN + remote access + deluge

Hi there,
i want to connect from a computer (over WAN via webGUI) to my raspian  deluge box. I am using the openvpn script and i am trying to connect to the VPN address with my browser (port 8113 as in the properties) but i cant get connected. If i am trying to connect via local network everything works fine. I am pretty clueless right now :/

Can someone help?
