External Drive (My Cloud) doesn't show up automatically in Finder.

in Mac OS X VPN Setup
Prior to installing El Capitan, my external drive (connected wirelessly) showed up automatically in Finder.   Now with the VPN connected, I cannot connect to the drive even if I do it manually every time I want to access it.  When the VPN is not connected, I still have to connect manually to access the drive.  

Is there a work around setting to be able to see the external drive with the VPN connected?

    You have two options:

    1. Roll back to ver. 53 or prior of the PIA app, or

    2. Dump the PIA app altogether an install a good OpenVPN app like Viscosity. That's what I did many months ago after experiencing too many problems with the PIA app.
