openVPN + remote access + deluge

Hi there,
i want to connect from a computer (over WAN via webGUI) to my raspian  deluge box. I am using the openvpn script provided on the site (https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/openvpn/openvpn.zip) and i am trying to connect to the VPN address with my browser (port 8113 as in the properties) but i cant get connected (404). If i am trying to connect with the webGUI via local network everything works fine. I dont know if its necessary to portforward on my router but i did. I am pretty clueless right now :/


Can someone help me please?
