Just be sure to go back to the main site here and get your free Netherlands proxy server address. You'll add the proxy address intro the uTorrent app itself however.

If you are really paranoid, which is completely understandable when downloading from a swarm, then enable the kill switch too.
Honestly though, I myself avoid downloading torrents altogether on mobile due to network connections being unreliable at times. One change in your IP address from say for example a cell tower change could change your connection state and possibly leak data like your newly changed IP address. Not saying it will happen but it is definitely possible. Similarly you could compare the change in connection from mobile data to WiFi causing you to lose your VPN connection.
