v59 doesn't work on El Capitan 10.11.5

v58 is working fine, but when I install v59 it doesn't work anymore. I can see that it's installed and when I click the icon in the top bar it just says "loading", "help", and "quit". 

If I leave it for 5 minutes it won't change. I tried completely uninstalling, restarting, and re-installing, but it doesn't change anything. I've tried restarting after install as well, but that also does nothing.
