Can't Upload on Public Tracker

Hi all,
I'm using both the VPN and proxy to mask myself from my ISP and DMCA notices. When using the private tracker I got no upload speeds at all and chalked it up to overseeding but when I tested it on a public torrent (high leechers, low seeders) I still couldn't upload at all. I'm only uploading after 30 mins when the tracker updates but how can I connect to the swarm directly?

I'm connected to Netherlands with port fowarding on with UPnP disabled. DHT and peer exchange are turned on. I'm using qBittorrent if that helps.

    Thanks for reaching out. We do not recommend the use of the proxy for p2p/torrent use. Further, if you are using the VPN AND the proxy together, it can create connection issues. If you already are using the VPN, the proxy is not necessary. The proxy does not encrypt internet traffic, it only masks your IP address; The VPN does both. If you operate the VPN and proxy together, they are both competing to do the same task, which de-stabilizes the connection.Please try removing the proxy settings, and any other modified torrent client settings, and evaluate the results you get with a default torrent client. Be sure to connect the VPN prior to running the torrents.
