Torrent downloads work on One PC but not the other!!!

Hello everyone. Today I am here with a weird issue that you might be able to help me with. I am downloading a torrent file using uTorrent as my client and using PIA to VPN my connection. I have two different PCs that I have used this torrent on to test this.
  • The First PC in question is a Windows 7 machine that is connected by ethernet.
  • The Second PC is a Windows 10 machine that is connected using a Wi-Fi Adapter.
  • Both PCs are using the same latest version of uTorrent. Same excat uTorrent settings on both.
So as for my issue it is as fololows:
  • The 1st PC downloads the torrent very slow, at a speed of 300kB/s and under.
  • The 2nd PC will download this same torrernt at acceptable speeds, that I like, upto 5MB/s.
  • As for the setting of the PIA client they are default and with only DNS leak ON.
  • No Port forwarding and no Proxy used.
  • I have also did these torrent test with a port forward and same issue, with the 2nd PC downloading faster than the 1st.
I need help in understanding why this is and what I can do to make the 1st PC download faster. As it does download faster if the VPN is off.
