Here's my "issue": I have a late-2013 27" iMac and a.rMBP that I got just a couple of months ago. PIA works fine with the macOS Sierra pubic beta on my rMBP, but even though it connects on my iMac, my internet connectivity drops off completely. Oh well, I just I'll use the VPN only on my rMBP. At least it still works on my Synology NAS with Download Station.
Mine connects fine. I can load pages through Chrome but not Safari though. Other than that it seems to be working fine. I'm running version 61. Hopefully a fix comes out soon. I'm liking the PiP for Youtube but that only works in safari.
Im having issues with Sierra as well 10.12.. can't even use PT.. wonder why i only hear about PIA always having issues w apple betas and no others VPN complain w issues.. this blows..
Really sucks. Facing the same issue here on Beta 2. All Apple services are down. Thought this was an all system bug. Almost downgraded, even. Turns out you can use the net via Chrome or any other other non-Apple browser. iTunes is down as well.
Doesn't seem to be a fix until Apple addresses this issue in the next beta. Could even take more time, could even take till the final release.

Update: After installing the update, your Mac gives you a notification to install important updates once more. Click on "restart now" and it all gets fixed.
Other than that, Sierra Beta 2 is still pretty laggy in the Safari department. Chrome seems to be running much faster. Sad. iTunes and other apps also glitchy and quitting randomly every once in a while.
Solution: I was able to resolve the issue on both of my machines by adding DNS servers to my Network setup in System Preferences → Network → Advanced... → DNS → +.
I added the two addresses that are suggested by OpenDNS. I didn't try any others.
I updated to v62. I also just updated to Beta 5. Now in Beta 1 and 2 this didn't work, I thought that maybe they had fixed something, so I thought why not update.
Well It still doesn't work.. What I did was, changed back to TCP and a different port. Before I logged back into the VPN, I manually added the PIA DNS servers in the network settings and then connected.. and it freaking worked this time! No idea why..
those using pascals method can you please confirm your DNS isn't being leaked with https://www.dnsleaktest.com and click extended test? I get the server address when doing basic test but extended shows my real ip
