Can we please have details on MACE?

I was hoping that we could have some details on MACE. CyberGhost did something similar and they had to install their own SSL root certificate, which allows them to perform MITM attacks on all SSL sites. They started to inject ads to users and other things. How is PIA going about blocking ads for their users? Did you guys have to install your own SSL certificate or are you using a different method?

    I'm also wondering this but have you got proof that Cyber Ghost injected adds and other 'things'. I'm curious as I've been with them and yes had to install the certificate and never had an issue but I agree it opens you up more.
