Constant disconnect and re-connect after upgrade
After latest update, I am no longer able to maintain a remote connection to my home network from my work site or from any remote location using a VPN connection. I was able to previous to the latest upgrade. Now at home on the workstation running this new update, I get these annoying icons and messages popping up in the lower right corner of my screen indicating disconnect and reconnect, sometimes as many as 10 to 15 cycles per minute. This constant cycling makes it virtually impossible to maintain a secure link to my financial accounts and to some websites that require a heartbeat. When connecting to my workstation from any remote location, the constant resets of the PIA connection is making the VPN flaky, troublesome to use and eventually fails to render my screen(s). I am not a happy camper with this update and am seriously considering to back out this upgrade. Currently, I have the PIA service disabled so I can work on my workstation through the remote VPN.

It sounds as if the port that your VPN is connecting over is either being restricted or blocked.
