Suggestion: Auto server selection by country

For countries that have multiple servers available, it would be nice to be able to auto-select a server in that country.  For example, if I always want to use a server in the US, I could select "US Auto" and it would automatically pick between only the servers in that country.

    if you are using OpeVPN, you can edit the .ovpn file yourself, copy each and paste " remote us-xxx.privateinternetaccess.com 1197 " into one file. and connect with the .ovpn file created.
