Setting up PIA in uTorrent

Hi. 

I'm new to all of this and I would rather be sure to know exactly how to apply PIA to uTorrent in order to conceal my IP address. Please could someone provide a step-by-step description of how to sort out PIA on uTorrent (preferably for Mac); version 1.8.7? It would be very much appreciated. 

Lastly, the Netherlands is starting to come through with laws prohibiting downloading (therefore uploading) torrents. Will PIA be sufficient in preventing any problems that might surface from using torrents?
