Port forwarding not available in any regions

in Android VPN Setup
I enabled port forwarding in the app but I keep getting the message "Port forwarding is not available in this region" for all of the regions. I understand that only a select number of the regions allow port forwarding but I'm specifically trying the ones listed as having support when I get this message. The regions where I would expect forwarding to work based on this are:

CA Toronto
CA North York
Netherlands
Sweden
Switzerland
France
Germany
Romania
Israel

I tried every single one of these and they all give the same message saying that it's not supported.

    Thank you for your inquiry!
    Currently, this is a known issue with version 1.2.4 of our application and our development team is looking into a fix for it!

    In the meantime, we would recommend upgrading to our beta version of 1.3 where this specific issue has already been resolved. If this is something you're not comfortable with, we would recommend rebooting your device and trying again.

    Would users that don't use the client also see this when we try to find the open port via a curl or simliar script?
