Setting up PIA with Deluge won't work

I've tried everything this https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/discussion/17441/how-to-set-up-deluge-with-privateinternetaccess post says. Still, I get download speeds of 30 kb/s at maximum. My VPN works fine when not torrenting, and my torrents work fine without my VPN enabled.
Using the proxy provided by PIA does not work for me at all.
I have also tried uTorrent.

    It's solved! The support helped me with this. I simply disabled "Enable Bandwidth Management [uTP]" in uTorrent and it worked. Thanks to the support!
