Issues with port forwarding

I've tried connecting to several of the port-forwarding enabled servers so that I can seed some torrents. When I try testing the ports in the torrent clients they either fail or time out. I went to canyouseeme.org and yougetsignal.com and both of them are reporting the port closed/timed out. Is anyone else having these issues?

I'm using client v.62

My BT client (Transmission) has been reporting a closed port for several days now.

I tried connecting with different settings several times; I might have gotten an open port once in 30 or so connects but it timed out right away afterwards.

Port is open again for me this morning.

I am still having issues with port forwarding as well. Currently support has only told me to reinstall (clean) PIA.  So far no luck.

Also the IP will not show up when hovering over the green icon.
