Very slow download with Indian VPN server

Hi, I'm from India thus I let PIA auto-choose a VPN server from located in India only. I use qBittorrent but even a higher seed/peer torr is coming in http speed rather than a torr speed. In kB/s mainly (mine 1.5 mbps so it's cap between 175 kB/s, just like http download). Following are my settings:

1. I'm running VPN with Socks5 and Kill Switch on
2. I'm testing qBittorrent and set it's settings by this discussion https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/discussion/4364/qbittorrent-socks5-setting
3. Previously when I used BitTorrent it was even slower speed with VPN running

Why it's running so slow like a http download!
