Setup PIA with Asus RT-N66U Router

Hi. I've been googling for over a day to try and figure this out. I see references to Merlin build, tomato something and I am getting confused. I am running the latest firmware: 3.0.0.4.380_3831. I've tried going down the openvpn route. I can't find the .crt file anywhere and the links to the zip file that have been posted in the past no longer have a .crt file in. I've tried entering in the PIA details on the VPN client tab, but it wont connect. Can anybody advise? Thanks.
