Enabling incoming connections to macOS Server

in Mac OS X VPN Setup
I'd like to run macOS Server with the VPN activated, so I'm able to access websites, calendar, mail etc. I'm using the PIA app to connect, but none of the settings, including Port Forwarding, look like they'll do what I need. Any help would be gratefully received.
