SSL Error on iOS Devices

Hi All,

Whenever I try to sign into my PIA VPN app using my username and password, on either my iPhone or iPad, I get the following error message:

Error
An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.

The only option I have is to "Close" this dialog box. PIA works perfectly fine on my PC. Any suggestions on how I can go about fixing this?

Thanks,

R

Unfortunately, this error usually means that the authentication port is blocked on the network you're connecting to.

You may be able to use the app by setting up an L2TP bridge to connect. To set up an L2TP bridge, temporarily configure L2TP using the steps on this page.

Once you've successfully connected to L2TP, then try logging into the iOS app. You'll have to use the L2TP bridge each time you want to log in to the app.
