Port Forwarding with Bittorrent not working.

I have connected to the Netherlands server and entered the tooltip-given port into qBittorrent's listening port area. When I do this all trackers come up as "Not Working" and the torrent ceases to install. I can't find any information on this after searching for a few hours. Please help?

The proxy server is down.  PIA, please provide a status update.

proxy-nl.privateinternetaccess.com is not working.

It should be back up now. I haven't been told the reasons yet, still investigating.
