Proxy not Connecting to Trackers

Hi there! When opening a torrent with the PIA proxy enabled I am getting a weird issue where certain trackers will not connect. If i disable the proxy and restart qbittorrent then suddenly all those trackers connect. Has anyone seen this before?

    More details, some of the trackers are showing Connection ID mismatch or bad connection ID. This does not happen when the proxy is off.

    I also have this problem with Vuze on Windows. The proxy tests OK, but then will (after some period of time) show Scrape Error socks setup failed unknown host proxy-nl.privateinternetaccess.com
    Restarting Vuze will temporarily fix the problem. Sometimes updating tracker does too.

    I also have sabnzbd downloading, I wonder if Vuze is unable to handle congestion.
