UTorrent help needed

I have been using PIA for a while now, and I lately I saw a post with some setting which helped for him to get his normaly speed back. Normally I had a speed of around the 5 MB/S on WiFi, since I am using PIA it's down to 1.3 MB/S - 1.9 MB/S. Sometimes it shoots up to 3-4 MB/S for a minute but then it all sinks back. At first, I also thought it was about the PIA, since I have a higher speed when using no VPN at all, but since it sometimes get as high as 4 MB/S I would want to know how to get this permanently.
I have read many posts on here about the Torrent settings, I use port forwarding, but mayby I'm using this wrong? I'm using port 8080 right now, but I think I have region on auto... Well, what are tthe things I have to do so it changes? I also have the speedlimit on uTP unchecked, just like the bandwithmanagement uTP.
So any suggestions would be awesome so I will get my speed back!
