Having trouble opening pages of liveperson.net?....
Recently i started to have issues with liveperson.net, the handy livechat feature which many sites and applications use for quick support.
My first thought was that this had to be something with my private firewall which blocked this, so i started to whitelist and exclude, but this did not help.
After this i disabled all security applications and tried to hit liveperson.net support, but nope.
So i deleted the private firewall + AV and went back to basics with windows, but still could not logon.
I tried to change settings in my browser, use FF, regarding blocking cookies, opening pop-ups etc. but nothing helped.
Then it crossed my mind that it could have something to do with PIA, although i never had any negative experiences like this. After i disabled PIA suddenly i could visit liveperson.net again....
Offcourse i prefer to use VPN, so i was thinking what could cause this, and for testing purposes, i disabled MACE, the feature to block do_not_want_ware in the PIA app, and after this i restarted the PIA app, and had acces to liveperson.net again.
I tried it with 3 different sites/applications and all are working again, so it seems to do the trick.
Although i think MACE is a handy feature in some cases, if you want to visit liveperson.net...disable it.
