All of a sudden, a connection error ...?

I have used PIA for years. I have never really tinkered with much other than to bind it to my P2P client. All of a sudden I am getting a 'connection error: (transport unavailable, can't assign requested address.' When I run a network test in the client it fails a couple of tests. I am adding the full text below. Testing TCP port 25285 inbound Test failed: NAT test failed: Connection to 'PIA server':XXXXX (your computer) refused Check your port forwarding for TCP XXXXX Testing UDP port XXXXX inbound Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=5000) Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=10000) Sending outbound packet and waiting for reply probe (timeout=15000) Sending completion event Test failed: Inbound test failed Check your port forwarding for UDP XXXXX Thoughts? Has something changed recently that I need to update in my settings? Thanks
