Internet doesn't work when turning on utorrent

None of my torrents can connect when using PIA and even my internet stops working. I can't browse web pages, but the moment i close utorrent, my internet works fine again. I tried setting up the proxy with all the guides, and it didn't work. I left everything as default with no proxy and still doesn't work. utorrent instantly works again the moment i turn off PIA. I tried port forwarding, i also tried connecting to other servers such as Mexico or Toronto. Nothing works. What am i doing wrong? Currently everything is default settings and utorrent doesn't work and my internet also doesn't work when attempting to use utorrent and PIA. I'm running utorrent version 2.2.1

I have the exact same problem. When starting BitTorrent, the download speeds ramp up but then 15 seconds later begin slowly falling to zero. Internet access via browsers stops working.
