SOCKS5 - Incoming Connections Port

I normally use the PIA app, but I have been experimenting with SOCKS5. Is it possible to support incoming connections when using SOCKS5? Everything works as expected when I use the app and a server that supports port forwarding. I have a few fantasy sports sites that don't work when connected to VPN, so I was trying using the proxy in my torrent client so I could use both at the same time.

No, I think proxies itself doesn't support incoming connections for sure.
