Problem with London servers

There is something seriously wrong with your UK London servers.

I'm guessing their capacity is overloaded because during peak times they can slow down pretty badly.  It's not my ISP because disconnecting from PIA or changing to the Southampton servers fixes the problem.

You cannot connect to just-eat.co.uk or use their iOS app correctly (it can't find local takeaways).

The iOS UK app store doesn't work properly.  When browsing apps the icons don't display (but the text does).  App updates don't download and install.

All these problems can be fixed by disconnecting from the VPN or connecting through Southampton.  These aren't minor unknown companies, so you have problems you need to get fixed.  It's been happening for a number of weeks now.  I didn't contact you before now because I assumed you would get it fixed but clearly I was mistaken.

    Can you please email [email protected] with your details as although it sounds like a geolocation issue, I want to be 100% certain of the cause in order for it to be resolved.

    I have escalated it to our Management team who are awaiting your email so we can replicate and test internally.
