qBittorrent | Peers connected, but no seeding

Hi all, 

Problem: 
qBittorrent seems connected to peers, but no actual uploading is happening.

Troubleshooting steps done:
  • Using same port forwarding port in qBitt and PIA VPN server that supports port forwarding. 
  • Forced qBitt to use the Tap network device idetified through ipconifig /all. 
  • Cheked torrent connection with ipleak.net. All ok. Same server as VPN i am connected to. Port the same. 
Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to make this work?  I need to be able to seed.

    I uninstalled qBittorrent and installed Tixati. I had qBittorrent v3.3.10 and latest version would not install. I had a half-a$$ed solution for the no seeding issue however it was not complete.
