Change region on Amazon Fire TV

I've got the PIA app installed and working on Fire TV but only using the automatic region selection. I can't figure out how to select the region select box and change it. Any hints greatly appreciated

    I'm having the same problem, have mouse toggle but can't scroll down to the region select box. Help please?

    Same here.  It defaults either to Southampton or London, no way to set the region and I can't figure out if it's even
    changing the ISP.  When I look at wifi settings for the fire stick it just says connected to Sky router.
