unable to sign in after setting up app

When I first tried to use the app I received the following message:  "Your username or password is incorrect.  Please check your credentials and try again."

I tried numerous times to sign in.  No luck.  Tried to change my password numerous time.  No luck again. I just can't manage to sign in and/or get the app to open.  And I have received no response from the helpline.

  • Are you using the username that begins with a 'p' or an 'x'?  For the app, you need to use the username and corresponding password associated with the 'p' username.
